Tuesday Training – Helping you to feel strong and improve your flexibility!
This class is designed for women to feel strong again and improve your flexibility & balance, rebuild your muscles, protect your bones and enhance your appearance, vitality & all around health. In this class I will have options to use light free weights, bands and body weight. Every class we will start with some light cardio and activate muscle groups we will be working that class. I will demo the proper modifications and progression in each class. Our bodies were designed to move pain-free! My goal in this class is for each woman to gain confidence in their training and to feel a part of a wonderful group of women who support each other!
Megan Kust is a certified fitness trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) from Sacramento, California. Her area of expertise includes high energy workouts, weight loss programs, nutrition accountability, core strength, weight lifting techniques and mobility exercises. Megan’s passion is to help women reach their fitness goals, gain confidence and stay motivated to stay in shape! She’s helped many clients reach their weight loss goals, gain mobility post injury or surgery, learn safe proper weight training techniques and proper stretching techniques to prevent injury. When Megan is not training clients she is a busy mom of three children! She believes in living by example, teaching her own kids to stay active and promotes healthy eating habits.
